Users of this service agree to indemnify and hold AOC harmless in respect to loss or damage experienced through the use of this service. All descriptions and conditions of items listed are provided 'as is'. AOC does not assume responsibility as to the accuracy of any listing. All risks arising from any transaction connected with this service shall be assumed by the Buyer. AOC is not responsible for damage or loss caused by errors in the system or the Internet. Due to sales volume and the length of time to update lists, AOC is not responsible for the availability of any items listed. All orders will be based on a first come first served basis. All items ordered will be placed on hold for a period of seven days. If payment has not been received within this period the item will be made available to other buyers.

Return Policy: Normally we have NO return option, but we'll make exceptions in certain cases and subject to Seller's consent as indicated below:

Refund given only if item is definitely not as represented and shipped back within five days from receiving the item. Refund amount is the actual payment received less ALL shipping, handling, and other expenses incurred (including but not limited to this web site update etc). ALL returns must be pre-authorized by us. Item must be returned by registered insured mail and packed well, as was packed, undamaged unused and in original condition. Any item returned not complying with ALL the above will be subject to all the shipping and handling and any import TAX by the Israeli authorities.

Buyers must be within legal age with the ability to enter into binding contracts. Postage and insurance on all items is the responsibility of the Buyer. All items are shipped F.O.B. Sellers place of shipment. The buyer assumes all responsibility and cost for the shipment and insurance of any item. Buyers agree that any orders constitute a legal offer and that any such offer will be extended for a period of seven (7) days.
